Should you complete him?

No.

He is cheap to complete, but I would still save my fodder for another card.

He has great shooting. He manages to score bangers outside the box. His passing and pace is average. Not bad, but nothing special.

The biggest con for me is his dribbling. He is so slow and its hard to dribble with this guy.
